What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, especially if your item was custom-made. We will replace items that may have been damaged during transit when you have notified us via email We must receive photos of the damaged item within 48 hours of your item being delivered. The photo will need to show how the outside of the package looked when you received it as well as what the item looked like when you unwrapped it. If you are allergic to an item, please discontinue using it.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We have a 72 hour processing time after placing the order. We do not include weekends or holidays. Some items are handmade and may require more time. We will ship your item within 1-week of the order being placed unless the item is a pre-sale item or on backorder. If your item is on backorder, you will receive an email notification giving you an option to wait or for a full refund. You will receive an email with tracking information once the item officially ships.

What is your shipping policy?

Our items are shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail and Flat Rate Priority Mail. We charge a flat shipping fee of $8. If the item is small and lightweight, we will ship the item via First Class Mail and send you a partial refund if the shipping cost was cheaper. Priority mail takes an average of 2-3 days. First-class mail can take roughly 4-5 days. Both options provide tracking information. If your item is lost, we will help track it down. If the item is lost for more than 10 days, we will replace it.
